Business Policies

• A new client should arrive 15 minutes early to ensure paperwork is filled out before the start of appointment.

• If you are a frequent client, I will keep you at your original price interval.

• Credit cards used for payment will be subject to a 3% processing fee.

• Payment is due at the beginning of the appointment.

• If you are late to your appointment you will be charged for the time you were scheduled for.

• Appointments cancelled under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment. Marathon appointments cancelled under 48 hour notice will also be charged 50% of the appointment.

• No-show will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment time.

• Clients are my priority. I will not answer the phone, text or email while with a client. Please leave a message and I will respond as soon as possible.
