• I will greet you at the front door, take your temperature and have you answer a brief survey

• Payments will be taken before the start of treatment

• Only persons who are being treated will be allowed inside, the only exception would be a minor who is seeking treatment must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

• If you suspect that you may have caught and/or experiencing COVID symptoms please reschedule.

• The office is always sanitized between client visits.
